Shipping Policy

Roast-to-Order Coffee & Fresh-Made Tea

All of our coffee and tea products are made to order. Coffee is roasted fresh and tea is packaged specifically for each order to ensure peak quality and flavor. We do not ship pre-made or warehouse-stored products.


Processing Time

  • Orders require 3–5 business days to process before shipping

  • Processing times may be longer during holidays or high-volume periods

  • Orders are processed Monday–Friday, excluding holidays

Once an order has entered processing, it cannot be modified or canceled.


Shipping Methods

Orders ship via USPS or UPS, depending on package size and destination.


Delivery Time

  • Domestic U.S. shipping: typically 1–5 business days after shipment

  • Total delivery time includes both processing and carrier transit

Shipping speed depends on order timing, processing, and carrier schedules.


Tracking

Tracking information is provided once your order ships. Orders may briefly show “Pre-Shipment” while awaiting carrier pickup.


Expedited Shipping

Expedited shipping is not available. Our products require time to prepare properly to ensure freshness and quality.


International Shipping

  • International shipping is available at calculated rates

  • Delivery times are not guaranteed

  • International orders are non-refundable once shipped
