Return & Replacement Policy
Due to the perishable, consumable, and food-grade nature of our products, all sales are final. In accordance with FDA food safety guidelines, we do not accept returns or exchanges on any beverage items. Returned consumable products cannot be resold and must be discarded.
Order Issues & Replacements
If there is an issue with your order, resolution will be handled as follows:
Customer Error
If an issue results from customer error (including incorrect product selection, grind selection, or shipping address), the customer is responsible for all replacement and shipping costs.
Our Error
If an issue results from an error on our part (such as incorrect grind or labeling), we will replace the product at no cost, including shipping.
Shipping Carrier or Uncontrollable Issues
For issues such as shipping damage, theft, or orders marked as delivered but not received, resolutions are handled on a case-by-case basis. We may replace the product value up to $25.00. Shipping costs remain the customer’s responsibility. Carrier claims may be filed when applicable.
